| Vitaletech wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the RAX MAX home entertainment storage system you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Simply call or e-mail us within 30 days to discuss your need for exchange or return. Note that the product must be returned promptly in unused condition in the original box.
Here's How to Return the Rax-Max Home Entertainment Storage System.
1. E-mail us at info@vitaletech.com or call the Rax-Max.com customer service number: (732) 534-4723. Our customer service representative will issue you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Address the package with the RMA written on the label to:

3. Include a copy of your shipping receipt with the RMA number written there as well.
The unit(s) sent back must be shipped back properly in order to ensure the product is protected from damage. Package and insure your return for the full value of the merchandise. Use the original shipping packaging and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Affix the return label to the outside of your package with RMA number clearly visible. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label. Keep your original shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
